I'm afraid I haven't worked on Lighthouse for quite a while, but it's fully open source except for the name/logo, so anyone who wanted to can go ahead and fork it then resurrect it on the Bitcoin Cash chain. You'd need to start with making a bitcoinj release that supports Cash.

Converting bitcoinj to a cash version should not be tremendously complicated. The two main changes are the DAA and the TX sigs. (there may be a few minor ones like LOW_S).
