The Issue focuses on the determination of the value of the threshold and the time required to measure the readings from the Ultrasonic Sensor

The importance of the threshold depends on the Water Tank Size and the deviation/height of the ultrasonic sensor (Please refer to the PR #59 for understanding the importance of height measurement)
