Update the URL of the demo in the repo description #372

Describe the bug
Currently the old netlify domain is still used in the link to the demo of the theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to to the front page of this repo
Scroll to the top and look for the textual description on the right side
Locate the URL and click on it
You will see a 404 Error

Expected behavior
See the demo deployment of the theme on netlify

Additional context

Currently the URL is https://hugo-introduction.netlify.com/
It should actually be https://hugo-introduction.netlify.app/
You could also link this demo in the metadata of this theme so it is immediately visible when browsing https://themes.gohugo.io/
