Description
Climate doesn't change
Steps to Reproduce
boot snaxi, the temp either starts as -50c or when the climate shifts it bugs at an unliveable temp, when I went to quick change the weather in the climate panel the climate panel just broke entirely, not able to be opened again.
Also somehow there was no snow on the ground
What you Expected
Taxi's regular shift between snowy weather/climate
What Actually Happened
Walk outside fully clothed and freeze to death via celt memes because its actually -50c outside.
