Description

The Starscreen continues to function even if power is interrupted such as via a grid check event.

Steps to Reproduce

Set up starscreen
Cut power

What you Expected

The starscreen to turn off

What Actually Happened

It stayed powered and intercepted meteors etc.

Might be no bug here if the starshield was setup in engineering, parts of engineering don't lose power during a power outage event so it would still function.
