Wallet will not open

Hello,
my wallet simply doesn't open. I am running manjaro linux.
The installation process doesn't seem to return any error but when I type
./electrum-xvg

in my terminal nothing happens, I just get back to a new prompt.

Same thing on Mac. I think this project is dead. No release Since 10/2017.

Wallet dont sync anymode..... wallet is dead ??
i'm trying to use VERGE QT and made this passage:
