Anyway to allow users to add paths to their custom domains?

Hoping to build a multi-tenant site that would allow a user to setup a custom domain with a path.

ex. instead of just acme.com allowing them to add acme.com/blog

I imagine this would require more DNS configuration but curious if this is possible?
