Saving data after performing consistency checks

When using the codeVA() function (and possibly the other algorithm-specific functions), the return object should include the data.frame/matrix with the data after they have been run through the data consistency checks (or there should be an option for doing so). Similarly,
there should be an option to write out the results in a CSV file or matrix, so that the data and the assigned cause of death are combined.
