Add an official Vendure service template to Coolify, enabling streamlined deployment of Vendure instances. This template will simplify infrastructure setup, offering a quick-start deployment path for Vendure projects within the Coolify platform.

The new Docker compose configuration introduced with #3179 could be used for that.
