We have a client running MS Office Professional Plus 2013 and for a long time, the plugin has worked just fine but more recently, she's started getting the error "Invalid Activity ID, this might cause attachments not being saved!"

I did look at this #41 but it is not an isolated incident.

Are there any known issues to look out for?
