Thank you for your plugin. We are however running into some problem I emailed you about.
A number of people's Outlook in our client's office keeps disconnecting from Civi, then they need to add the URL, Site Key and the API key. This drops from time to time which is the first problem but when they then reconnect, the "add to Civi" context menu does not show.
The version of Outlook is version 13
Any thoughts appreciated?

I have since trained the staff to reconnect the software every time it disconnects but we now have one instance of someone running MS Office Professional Plus 2013 and although it is connected, the popup window to attach the emails to Civi does not come up.
We had it working once on initial install and now fails every time, despite being connected.
