用QT弄了个这种UI，dock还挺麻烦的，而且qt的性能不是很高。

不如GacUI一起实现了吧，xml直接加控件~~~just like RibbonUI

没看懂这是啥，不如录个gif。可以用ScreenToGif，轻松录制。
