Enhancement Send message to TG via console command

It would be very cool (and very useful) if there was an option to send a message from the server console to the linked Telegram chat (the same one where all messages are received).
For example, using /tgbridge send <Message to be sent to TG>.
Maybe I haven't looked well enough, but so far I haven't seen any plugin of this kind with such a feature.

As an example, using it as scheduled commands.
In my case, it could be used as an additional notification before restarting the server.
Other use cases could include sending messages from other plugins that allow executing commands as console (MyCommand, event plugins, etc.).
For instance, creating tickets through MyCommand and then sending a message to Telegram.
If the sending command includes specifying the channel ID and group ID, it would further expand the possibilities, leaving room for imagination.
