Describe the bug
Logs are not shown on a task that fails without refreshing the page

To Reproduce

  1. Create a task that will fail.
  2. Wait for it to fail
  3. see that logs do not become visible unless you refresh the page

Expected behavior
Logs become visible automatically after task crashes/fails
