The current examples in the Operation Validator examples of the Full-stack Signals documentation are checking for specific cases to reject, otherwise they're allowing by default, while it should be the other way around. New operations can be introduced gradually (with each release), and as the result, the user codes can become vulnerable if they follow the same pattern as in our docs.
