Simplify dynamic samples in HL and VL docs

The docs for HorizontalLayout and VerticalLayout contain several dynamic samples with toggles for various features. While this is convenient for showcasing the feature, the code snippets associated with them are unnecessarily complex.

1. Replace the on/off toggles for spacing, padding, margin and expand with samples containing one layout with and one without the property enabled.
2. Hide the code snippets from the Lumo spacing sizes sample, but keep the dynamic live sample itself – there is already a simple, static code snippet showcasing its usage below, and a list of values.
