Hi, I've tried installing using the latest installer version and my Mac (with Intel processor) couldn't open it. I thought it might be the issue that gets solved with the xattr -cr command, so I've run that, no luck. Then saw somewhere (can't remember if it was within one of the files) that the installer is only compatible with Macs with Apple processors... is that correct?

I've also tried installing an older version using these instructions, no dice.

Are you able to please lead me in the right direction? I keep seeing screenshots on Reddit of Tidal with neptune and am hoping to unlock this... thank you!

Theoretically speaking the build process should be creating a universal binary, but it doesn't appear to be working. I'll look into it for you momentarily.

VICTORY! (At least, it seems so at the moment) -- and thank you for the quick response!
Here's what I've done:

Am now in the process of applying some plugins. Fingers crossed!

Does this help some?

Update

It seems so far, so good! I've added the https://inrixia.github.io/neptune-plugins/TidalTags plugin; the metadata loads as I listen to / load tracks.
