custom velocity profile solver

make a solver (you can start a new notebook or script) where the user can input a custom velocity profile (lets assume we get a list of velocities at every second during the race).

this solver should be quite similar to the existing solver.

then create the following plots (also similar to the exisitng plots)

• Instantaneous Power Flow Profile
• Battery Capacity Profile

this is a challenging task, so lmk if you have questions. also no rush on completing this!
