Do we need to add all compatible xUDTs? Not all compatible xUDTs' deployment information is publicly available.

This issue is only used for tracking.

As the previous discussion, let's use RUSD as a new UDT to practice the process of supporting new UDT for RGB++ protocol.
We can consider others on a case-by-case basis when necessary.
