RHEL 7 or 8 as x86 architectures on Apple Silicon host? #6452

How can I run RHEL 7 or 8 (i.e. CentOS 7/8) as x86 architecture guests on Apple silicon host? (I don't care if performance is slow.)

Are there images available for this?
