Improve the workflow detail page

Description
In the current workflow detail page, all job related operations (see below) are triggered using modal pages

• Add
• Edit
• Copy
• Delete
• View

Having a menu on the right that displays all available tasks and allows the user to conduct the operations mentioned above would improve the user's interactions with the workflow detail page.

Proposal

The user will have an option to either use the already existing modal pages or the right menu. The right menu should have the list of jobs, each job should have all of the operations mentioned in the description.
