Ability to capture interactive map snapshots as PDFs #1831

Screenshots of the current interactive map will currently include all icons on the map ("Close Map", layers)

Possibly choose location of legend and scale bars. USGS requires at least 2 lat/lon ticks for any map in a publication, so that should be an option as well
