Mechanism to nudge students who are missing input

I see some students who have had student input required for a long time.

I wish I could press a button that sends them an email reminding them that they are currently pending and they need to fill in a form.

I know the functionality of getting students emails, but manually contacting students in this situation is too much overhead.
