Initial Release.

Instructions:

Create a folder called data and put labels.txt inside it. If you want to run a simulation, put your log in data/ with the name data.txt. Download _GoogleEarthView.kml and save it in the same directory as GroundStation.jar to be able to view the Google Earth view of the position. You must check off Google Earth in the UI.
