Select an Interface numbering incorrect with disabled / disconnected interfaces

An index mismatch occurs when referencing the select an interface option on line 1144. The options presented do not account for offline interfaces as numbers are issued sequentially rather than by the index of the interface in the ifs list.

Thanks for reporting this and discussing this with me offline. I am close to pushing a whole new release so I will work to ensure that this fix is included in this revision as well as pushed in the code I have offline before closing this issue. Thanks again!
