Hello,

thanks for sharing the code. I have tuned the training and did inference using mask, but using inference without masks, I get poor segmentation. Could you let me know how I can revise the code infer_sequence.py to show the image and uses my click points for the inference_sequence.py?

Hello,
When you use infer_sequence.py to generate masks, will you happen this results? Is there a problem with the code?

I printed and visualized all the slices and found that after using the original crop and pad, part of the diseased area would be cut off. This should be the problem.

@ssqianji, I only got a few segmented points for my brain hippocampus segmentation task!
Have you got a solution to address the issue?
