Script to manual update missing users in default cc for a given component/role

The problem:

In relation to unee-t/frontend#812 we need to create a script that will

• extract the list of users that should be default invited to all the case in a given unit when a given role is selected at case creation.
• Update the BZ side with this information <--- update the component_cc table in the BZ database.

Why is this critical:

Unless this is done, some of the tenants will not receive a notification if a new case is created for the role "tenant".
