Relax dependency on Phoenix Live View

Can you release 0.2.1 on Hex, please?

The current version 0.2.0 does not allow to install the latest Phoenix Live View version, 1.15.7.

Also, is there a way to install this directly from Github? I can't do that because this repo contains 2 libraries, maybe it would be easier if the repo was split in 2 independent repos, one for uncharted and a separate one for uncharted_phoenix?

Failed to use "phoenix_live_view" (version 0.15.7) because
  oban_web (version 2.7.1) requires ~> 0.15
  phoenix_live_dashboard (version 0.4.0) requires ~> 0.15.0
  uncharted_phoenix (version 0.2.0) requires ~> 0.14.4
  mix.lock specifies 0.15.7

Version 0.2.1 is already bumped...
