chore: improve tnf generate

Problem

Without any parameter, it will give an interactive generator selection.

Solution

Like this:

$ tnf generate
# or
$ tnf g
? Pick generator type › - Use arrow-keys. Return to submit.
❯ Create Pages -- Create a tnf page by page name,includes {pageName}.tsx {pageName}.module.less
  Create Tailwindcss -- Enable the Tailwind CSS configuration and installDeps
