locales 下拥有zh-CN.ts, en-US.ts
请问在该配置下，如何实现navigator.language为'zh', 'zh-HK', 'zh-TW', 'zh-CN'的情况下，使用zh-CN配置, 其余浏览器语言使用en-US配置呢？
