Code in src/pygom/model/common_models.py should be used as an example or pygom's use. #124

As well as serving as some common model wrapped in a function the code in src/pygom/model/common_models.py could be used as an example of pygom's usage. The code could be copied into a Jupyter notebook and edited into example code document or at least mentioned in the readme file.
