Make derived parameters available after simulation

Would be useful to have the time series of derived parameters alongside the solutions for the compartments post simulation. Derived parameters might be useful to know, but it's also good to check they are behaving as expected.

This might already be a feature I haven't discovered, in which case it's worth adding to the documentation.
