23 Bytes is too small, i need help for how to exchange MTU between central and peripheral

What is it you are having problems with?
Why is 23 too small?

On ReadValue and WriteValue you have the option to set the MTU on the server/peripheral.

Have you tried doing that? Did it work? What error messages are you getting?

The GATT MTU option is directly from the BlueZ API: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/bluetooth/bluez.git/tree/doc/org.bluez.GattCharacteristic.rst
