Marks are removed when a block of text is cleared

Case:

• Enter a single block of text in the editor.
• Select all and press the bold button in the toolbar to see the whole text block in bold.
• Now delete all the text.
• Now on typing in text again, we see that the text is no longer in bold, i.e., on deleting the block, the marks(in the case, Bold) on it are also lost

In Slate, marks are preserved for a block even on clearing its text. Any way I can mimic this behaviour in Plate or is this a fix to consider?

N.B. Loss of marks was checked using the 'isMarkActive' Plate function, and 'Editor.marks' Slate function.

If slate is this kind of behavior, then plate might have been affected by some plugins. You can try to look into it.If it's hard to find, you can try rewriting editor.deleteBackward.I'm not sure if Plate intentionally does this. I'm not fully familiar with Plate's code.

So Plate adds certain code plugins by default, during the 'createPlateEditor' call. So the above behaviour was caused by 'createEditorProtocolPlugin' plugin, which is a default core plugin. FIxed the above by passing the below param to 'createPlateEditor':

disableCorePlugins: { editorProtocol: true }
