How to drop an attribute when adding a new list element with enter?

Reason: I want the user to have the option to start lists with numbers greater than 1. by typing e.g. "5. ". I then detect this and make a numbered list element with an extra attribute start: 5. However, when enter is pressed this attribute is copied to the new list item so that one also "resets" the list numbering.

What's the best way to strip this start property on enter, without losing other attributes I'd like to keep e.g. indentation level?

Overriding editor.insertBreak and/or editor.apply -> 'split_node' might work for this. I'm not sure if insertBreak would cover all cases, or if split_node would; you'll have to experiement to see which methods are called in which situations.

@12joan, you were right here. In withOverrides for our customPlugin for creating lists, we overrode editor.insertBreak. Then retrieved the active block and used SetNodes to set the start property to undefined. Thanks!
