位置情報が石川県からかなり離れた場所だったら、デフォルトで金沢駅を中心にしてほしい #20

実用上問題ありませんが
石川県からかなり離れた場所の場合、デフォルトで金沢駅((lat=36.578273,lng=136.647763)を中心にして欲しいです。
また、GPSがOFF時など位置情報が取れない場合でも、エラーとはせず上記と同じ動作が望ましいと思います。
