Standardize the Spacer block

When entering the spacer block to add space between sections, do you want to have that be a standard size by default?

We'll add pre-configured styles for the spacer block, and leave the ability to set custom space too.

We have to wait for WordPress/Gutenberg to add the ability to set default size on the spacer block.

For now, I'd recommend 1rem for the spacer.
