What is the task?

Document and download campaign finance data from the selected state

Definition of Done

The following questions should be answered in the data/README.md file:

• Where is the data accessible?
• What is the format (one giant bulk csv, excel, pdf for each year with a table, etc.)? Describe it.
• Does it have any anti-webscraping defenses (captcha, 'I'm not a robot' button)?

Additionally, data should be downloaded and uploaded to the shared google drive. How to access the data should be described in the readme as well.
