Consider adding more informational nodes

Nodes like 'SF Bay', 'Ocean' and have a more descriptive destination for some water as opposed to them going out of the system as 'Sinks'.

Agree, we should add more of these informational nodes to track where
water this water goes, as outflows, when it leaves the CALVIN system.
Let's discuss at meeting tomorrow and decide.
