What is junction C86? There is no description of what this junction represents. It is not located in any place of significance viewed with the background map. I'm leaving as is but seems out of place.

Hello, it is a junction node that takes water from depletion area 5. Thomes Creek and Elder Creek inflow to Sacramento River. receives flow from the aggregate (Depletion Area 5) and puts that in to a reach of the Sacramento River (D75). I hope it helps
