Investigate updating Openstreet map updates for Calvin

Not all Water conveyence information is available on openstreet maps. We need to understand what that will take in terms of time and effort.

@mclay120 investigated this with the example of the clear creek tunnel. Before her changes the tunnel was not displayed on OSM. This was a relatively straightforward fix, since the data was actually in OSM, it just needed to be tagged properly.

In this overview, you can see the complete tunnel.

This second photo shows the a zoomed in view, where the name of the tunnel is displayed, and symbolized as a tunnel.

@mclay120 has identified some additional canals/tunnels that are not in OSM at all. Her next step is to add in this linework, and tag the data as a more complete example.
