a potential of 18 kits in the first pilot.

• Current status of kits and bookings are shown
• teachers register for a lending library kit for a term, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
• Contract is sent out to them to look at and electronically sign also within that an invoice for a $20 deposit is sent. -this creates a tempory booking, and is removed within 5 days if contract and deposit is not carried out.
• if contract and deposit is done, this creates a ticket in the system for bookings in a calender.
• ticket to remind to send is sent to admin and pre formatted delivery details print out is created to attach to kit
  -when sent
• within 3 weeks and email is sent to ask how things are going, any issues?
• 3 weeks to go, remind people about sending back to UC. Evaluation form sent and gear check list is attached
• 1 week to go remind to contact couriers and return to UC to have checked over term break. gear list to be sent back with the courier. Tick box when returning
• when return, admin is sent a email saying product is being returned.
• admin to check and return $20 deposit.
