Include description of MVP in Software Engineering Chapter

Description

Talking with industry, they would like to see a section included in the software engineering chapter around MVP, Minimum Viable Product.
This would work well for students to develop an understanding of within their courses as it means that they don't get bogged down by the huge nature of a project through the year. What can be developed, made and tested and then have the sprint cards created to add in the next features/release?

This is a really good idea, and would be teaching students a valuable skill for industry. Dealing with scope creep is a big challenge!
