Rss feed for categories #1574

At /section-name/category/category-name/rss

Our rss feed views are handled here https://github.com/ubyssey/ubyssey.ca/blob/develop/ubyssey/views/feed.py

Once the view is created you add the path in urls.py https://github.com/ubyssey/ubyssey.ca/blob/develop/ubyssey/urls.py

I would also add the rss feed icon after the description of the category in the category page, like how it is in the section page
