Migrate dispatch video block

All the video embed blocks from old dispatch articles have empty fields because the migration wasn't done correctly. This gives a 500 error on all such pages (example). I was fixing them manually but I it takes too much time and there are too many of them. So to fix this problem we should fix this by downloading the old database with the dispatch articles and figure out how to migrate the videos properly
