[Proposal] Bring back YAFTI as a glorified ujust GUI

Describe the package

YAFTI is a first-time setup utility. I will prefer this to not start on first-boot, but as a preinstalled application that takes the most popular ujust commands for Aurora and places them in here similar to how Bazzite currently does it (known as the Bazzite Portal application there). Whatever Bazzite does with yafti then we will follow through (outside of starting it at first-boot).

Any comments/concerns/suggestions for this request?

I like that yafti is flexible in this regard.

It can be first-time setup, attention pop-up for important messages (if notification is not attentive enough), OS configurator (ujust GUI), etc.

So I think that you can have cake & eat it too.
