uBeac seems very similar to YeSvelte. Can someone clarify?

I'm quite confused as both uBeac and YeSvelte seem to be almost identical.

• Github READMEs are almost identical
• Documentation websites are almost identical
• Same contributors (uBeac has more)
• Components are almost identical at a quick glance
• YeSvelte has been updated more recently

Is YeSvelte a fork of uBeac?
Is YeSvelte a rebranding of uBeac?
Which one will development be focused on going forward?
