It's a legit site. However, if the site popups everywhere, your computer might be infected with something. Scan your computer and check other extensions.

look in chrome://extensions -> any weird extension? consider disabling all other extensions, if any
you can take a look at https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner

I have a Spotify adblocker, but i had downloaded that extension many months ago and other than that I had the Ublock origin and a Youtube ad blocker and some other ones related to work and school.
