port in generated elixir config did not match the server object in config #13

for example:

servers:
  - url: "http://localhost:8000"

will still get generated config as:

# Configures application server port
config :petstore,
  http: [port: 4000]

The reason is that quenya installer cannot have dependency for quenya parser, thus we cannot generate elixir config reflecting the actual port.

One solution is to move the port config to quenya generated yaml config.
