Add services to tabbed sections

Services are currently listed in individual profiles. When searching, services should also appear as a section in the tabs at the bottom of the search screen. The results should be displayed in groups by year, with the newest year first. All entries, regardless of age, should be displayed. Each record should contain:

• Faculty name
• Faculty department
• A description of the service from DM (fields in order: Position/Role, Organization/Committee Event/Start and End date)

Note: If the faculty did not provide service dates in DM, the entry will not appear in the FP results.
